All orders placed in this store will be delivered by Express Mail after confirmation of its articles availability.

When making a purchase, the customer can choose among available shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected destination and the total weight of the ordered items.
When we process an order the customer will be notified by email of its status as well as possible actions that need be performed in order to complete the process.
Returns
Unwanted items may be returned for refund, within a maximum period of 14 days after the order is delivered. Products must be returned in resaleable condition. For products to be in a resaleable condition they must be returned to us unused and unopened, with all items included in the original sale.
Faulty items must be returned to us along with the proof of purchase, description of failure and in their original packaging. Atfer the item is repaired the customer will not be charged for any shipping costs.
For all returned items, shipping and insurance costs are at the expense of the customer.
Returns will only be accepted if they have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Therefore, if you plan to make a return please send us an email to info@inshop.com.pt in order to obtain your RMA number.
